In the many experiences of my life there has been a never ending disappointment in ‘human nature’ that evolves out of relationships with others when money is involved.
The word amnesia comes to play when calling one on a verbal agreement previously made.
The people involved in these crimes are MADOFF types and should be held accountable.
These sites are the evidence that will be used in this request for the IRS Criminal Investigation Division and the US ATTORNEY plus any other Agency that will help mitigate this injustice.
**The Written Exclusive Dowco Agreement is still in full force and has not been terminated according to provision #4. It isn’t over until Dowco agrees. It is called the Law of Contracts:
Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1. US Constitution.

I witnessed Coughlin selling ceiling-fans out of the trunk of his car in the spring of 1981 when I was laying down the ’tracks’ of DOWCO with Distributor#2 (rabbit). ”I wonder how he would do with DOWCO Products and an OFFER,” were my thoughts.
His (COUGHLIN’s) infirmity towards the LOVE of MONEY was a positive for Dowco. The hope was he would succumb to moderation and not screw me in the process. Dowco was elevating him from a monthly income to a daily CASH-flow business employment which he never had experienced before (AZ bank statements).
Since I will be managing the DOWCO Rights from another state along with the circumstances associated with Distributor#1’s betrayal, I was making sure that all the ’i’s and the ‘t’s were dotted and crossed, if you will.
Referencing the Written Agreement Provision #9 (Prices) [Dowco.org], Coughlin and Roesner were able to DEBASE DOWCO sales by 1/3 - or about $75,000 to $100,000 a year with their Interstate and Arizona sales through a process of fraudulent bookkeeping practices (see Log).
Roesner’s father (Elmer) was financing the purchases of the Products Servicing Facilities and receiving CASH and Cashiers Checks from DOWCO (Coughlin). He paid off Facility #1 (46th Way) in less than three years ($65,000). Roesner was also involved with the S Rita Lane Property as well.
The Dowco™️ Log has many conversations documented as well as the Inspection’s in 1983/5/7/94.
This does not include the unauthorized Assignment of the DOWCO Rights ($250,000 embezzled by Coughlin) to a third-party (Robert Stark, Sr., an ex-Phoenix City Counsel member) while Coughlin was responding ‘to be‘ Incorporated and CLEAN UP the books before Dow3 becoming involved again in its daily operations [Dowco FedX Notice 12/31/1993: to 6217 S Rita Lane, Tempe AZ signed by L. Roesner].
Check out Richard T. Coughlin and
Diane L. Roesner et al of Tempe Arizona with Free Search, Google, etc.
Notice all the associates and the property with phone numbers. Lots of intelligence sources there in those listings.
There is buried treasure inside 6217 South Rita Ln, Tempe, AZ which was the Products Service Facility from 1985-97, PAID for by the proceeds of Coughlin’s and Rosner’s fraudulent activities while ‘using’ the DOWCO Rights. Also the property at 1226 E. Libra Dr is Rosner’s current place; lots of treasure there also.
* The primary place to check out is:
BANK1ONE Guadalupe Office (181)
Tempe, AZ; this was the bank where R.T. COUGHLIN, INC d/b/a DOWCO was last documented to have an account #0198-0098 in 1994-97 with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Dowco wrote a letter of COMPLAINT to the Arizona Corporation Commission in 2003 and got ‘cricket’s.’
All this is to create the case of REASONABLE SUSPICION / PROBABLE CAUSE for RICO violations to an ongoing Conspiracy of further Criminal activities against unsuspecting people that is prevalent with this group, along with their TAX EVADED booty which was initially started with the ‘use of’ the DOWCO Rights. I totally reject that form of business INTENT. D H R™ Inc was the ‘what if’ if COUGHLIN hadn’t had his head up his ass with CRIMINAL intent. If he is selling: it’s the best deal; if he is buying: your screwing him. He has no regard for ‘rules or custom,’ MONEY is the bottom line. They are ‘dregs’ on society, and Coughlin is a classic NPD and has an easy ‘tell’ (MMI account discourse 1981) which allowed Dow3 to manage the DOWCO ‘use of’ Rights. I tried to CHANGE his ways over the years and received no money outside of SALES to DOWCO from D H R Inc.
RIGHTs VALUE
Dow3’s loss has been astronomical, to say the least: $250,000 1981 / $250,000 1996 + 7% of Gross Sales [$250,000] $17,500 a Year x15y = $262,500.
$762,500 LOSS TOTAL.
That’s if COUGHLIN had done it right!
